Since Mike took these photos, the U.R.C. has left, and joined with Methodists to form Heaton Moor United Church on Stanley Road, Heaton Moor. Their former home was bought by the adjacent medical practice, so they could continue to use the car park, and Stockport Christian Fellowship now rent the building from them.

Portwood
Brunswick Wesleyan Chapel, which stood on Great Portwood Street, Portwood, was demolished in 1955. SJ 902 910. From an old postcard in Mike Berrell's Collection.
