The Akrill Memorial Methodist Church, Londonderry Lane, was built with a bequest from Mrs. Elizabeth Akrill. SP 016 881. © Roy Graham. A recent newspaper report, passed on to me by John French, says that the church has applied for permanent closure as it is unsafe and can't afford repairs. John has also sent these further photos. General view. The church name is inscribed over a window. Mike Berrell has advised that the church has indeed closed, and as of 2013 was up for sale.

Baptist Church at Bearwood. SP 022 868. © Roy Graham.

Bearwood Chapel (2011 Streetview) stands set back from Bearwood Road at SP 0217 8663. Link. The history page dates it to 1896; the congregation dating back to 1879. Now a member of the Evangelical Alliance, older large scale O.S. maps label it as a Gospel Hall.

Bethel Apostolic Church of Praise on Soho Way, as seen by Streetview in 2025. Another 2025 Streetview. SP 0318 8851. Facebook.

Gurdwara Baba Sang Ji on St. Paul's Road and St. Alban's Road was originally a theatre (of 1910)  and later a cinema - Streetviews in 2025, 2024,  and 2008. This source says it was bought in 1994. A Geograph photo also has a little history.

Gurdwara Nanaksar on Waterloo Road, as seen by Streetview in 2024 and 2025. Converted from a (Wesleyan) Methodist Church in 1981. The newer extension of 1991  (seen in the 2025 Streetview) stands on the site of an earlier Wesleyan Chapel, later the Sunday School. SP 0265 8755. Link.

Guru Nanak Gurdwara on High Street. It stands on the site of a Congregational Church, shown (e.g.) on a map of 1957. The church stood a little way back from the line of the Gurdwara frontage. Aerial views suggest the church may still remain behind it. SP 0203 8866. © Chris Emms (2009). A day-time Streetview from 2025. Link. Some interior views here.

Holy Trinity on Trinity Street. It's dated in its grade II listing to 1887-9, retaining the tower and spire from its predecessor of 1838. Another view. SP 0205 8852. Both © John French. Link, and a history.

Hope Church (2024 Streetview) on Mallin Street. This was until fairly recently West Smethwick  Congregational Church. SP 0073 8930. Link1. The about us page has some history, and dates the present building to about 1971, replacing an earlier church on a different site, demolished to make way for road improvements. Can you advise exactly where this was? Link2.

St. Mark (2017 Streetview) is on Thimblemill Road and Hales Lane, Londonderry. One on-line reference to it in 2021 suggested that it might be closed, but as of 2025 the church signage is still present (2025 Streetview).
