Morningside United Church (CoS and U.R.C.) on Bruntsfield Place and Chamberlain Road. Originally Congregational, Pevsner dates it to 1927-9, but it stands on the site of a Congregational Church shown on a map of 1896. This will be the church mentioned in a footnote in my edition of Pevsner as having originally been a French Gothic United Presbyterian Church of 1863, demolished in 1927. I haven't been able to find a photo of it, but surely there must be one out there somewhere. NT 2452 7193. © Steve Bulman. Link. Category B listed

North Morningside Church on Morningside Road and Chamberlain Road. Pevsner - 1879-81. NT 2451 7187. © Steve Bulman. Closed at some point, it's now the Eric Liddell Community, a charity. Crossroads Church meets here. Two more views - 1, 2, both © Steve Bulman (2023).

Open Door on Morningside Road. Not strictly a church, but this has served for Quaker Sunday worship for 20-odd years. Circa NT 2451 7093. © Alastair Cameron.
