The village has two former Primitive Methodist Chapels. The earlier one stands on Ranters Row (now Mount Pleasant), and is dated here to 1836-1879. TF 2094 9392. It was replaced by its successor in Market Place in 1879, and it was closed in 1934 (source) TF 2101 9391. Both © David Regan (2021).

The medieval St. Gabriel was closed in 1822 and subsequently demolished.  It stood in the cleared graveyard seen here in a Streetview from 2009, from North Halls. TF 2103 9411. Link.

The former United Methodist Free Church (1856) stands on Kirmond Road, and now serves as the village hall. TF 2088 9400. © David Regan (2021). Link.

As for the Primitive Methodist Chapels, so for the former Wesleyan Chapels - both survive, and both are on High Street.
