Charlestown cemetery on Otley Road has a Mortuary Chapel, labelled as General (i.e. not for any specific group, as was usually the case) on a map of 1908. It hasn't been seen by Streetview, but there is a photo here on Wikipedia.

The former Primitive Methodist Chapel on Browgate. Despite it having a date-stone for 1865, this source says it opened in 1825 - perhaps there was an earlier chapel here or elsewhere. SE 1549 3954. © Gerard Charmley (2013).

A map of 1908 shows St. Mary's Church on Green Road at Lower Green. It's not on a map of 1852, or 1952. SE 1444 3852. Dated here (where it's called St. Mary's Mission Church) to 1872-1924. Its site lies beneath the house and adjacent garden seen here in a Streetview from 2022.

The Church on The Green (Evangelical) off Green Road, Upper Green, as seen by Streetview in 2022. It shows on a map of 1908, but just as Chapel. SE 1465 3870. Link.

A former Wesleyan Methodist Chapel stands on Otley Road, Charlestown, at SE 1581 3857. It has a date over the middle window for 1870, and was seen by Streetview in 2021 when it was in commercial use.
