Moorside Independent Methodist Church on Moorside Road, dates from 1891. Interior view. Mike described this as follows - "What a joy to find such a treasure- a carefully preserved Victorian chapel. A coffee lounge and toilets have been sensitively added in the rear part of the chapel. The false ceiling when seen from the chapel has been disguised to look like the edge of the balcony, which the chapel never, in fact, had. I found a very warm welcome. Well worth a visit."
