Bastion Hall on Bastion Road. SJ 064 832. © Mike Berrell.
Although listed as a former Chapel on Marine Road, Janet Gimber, having consulted old maps for the building's entire history, has advised that it was built as a school, and continued as such for many decades. It was never a church. Now in secular use. SJ 064 832. © Mike Berrell.
Christ Church (1863) on High Street. Another view. SJ 067 827. © Mike Berrell. Interior view. © Cath Hamilton (taken on behalf of Mike). An old postcard (from Judy Flynn's Collection) show the interior looking quite different to that of today. This link says that the chancel dates from 1926, so the card presumably dates to before this. It was posted in the reign of George V (1910-1936). Link.
Horeb Adeiladwyd Chapel (1898) on Marine Road, now closed. SJ 066 833. © Mike Berrell.
