Frinton, Essex Frinton Free Church stands on a wedge-shaped piece of land between Harold Road and Connaught Avenue. Pevsner dates it to 1911, with the tower added in 1935. 2019 Streetview. TM 2375 1965. Link. Frinton Gospel Chapel (2023 Streetview) is on Old Road, at TM 2363 1988. Link. The history page dates the present building to 1926, successor to an earlier building, also on Old Road. A map of 1923 shows a Gospel Hall near the southern end of Old Road at TM 2369 1963. It perhaps survives - 2023 Streetview. Frinton Methodist Church is on Ashlyn's Road, at TM 2348 1999. Older maps label it as Wesleyan, and show it to have been built between 1896 and 1921.
